De ce nu ne-am induce noi relaxarea, reducand astfel tensiunea specifica starii de stres? Dar, intrucat relaxarea nu se instaleaza instantaneu, este nevoie de timp, de un moment bine ales, de un spatiu adecvat si de o anume tehnica. Iti spunem noi cum sa procedezi.</p>
